Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel and Refund

In accordance with Paddle's terms, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. This applies to all digital products and licenses purchased through our website.

2. How to Request a Refund

To exercise your right to a refund, you may contact us directly at suport@quicksimplepoll.com or contact Paddle's support team at help.paddle.com. Please provide your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.

3. Refund Processing

As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they are responsible for processing all refunds. Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Digital Content Access

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that your license key for Quick Simple Poll will be immediately deactivated. You will no longer have access to the PRO features, updates, or priority support associated with the license.

5. Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
